Bank are making profit and reduce personnal by ussing those system. At first it is free, then when you start to depend on that electronic money, they make you pay for the wallet. As far as I am concearn, I stopped ussing that and I think the state lose some power by permitting that new kind of money. Nothing will stop electronic money, but given the security problem in the 'Carte Bleu' from franc, I can't wait to see the first disclosure of security hole. |
